About our facilitator:

Anne Lucchetti Geary, Ph.D., is an executive consultant for The Leath Group. She is also a CTK parishioner and a Stephen Ministry Leader. Her 30 years of experience in university teaching, consulting, and training seminars covers such topics as Conflict Resolution, Group & Team Dynamics, Leadership, Interviewing, and Interpersonal Communication skills.  Anne received her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin and her master’s degree from Purdue University. Her passion for helping others manage their relationship communication has led to the development of her conflict coaching program. Currently, Anne is most heavily involved in implementing marital enrichment program that is based on research and focuses on the key factors in increasing intimacy and improving marital stability.
