Facilities Director

The Facilities Director for Christ the King oversees the management and operations of all the physical facilities of the church and school, including the buildings, grounds, parking lots, preventive and reactive maintenance, janitorial, safety, security, transportation, and building automation systems. He/she ensures that the facilities are fully operational, safe, clean, and prepared for church services and ministry/school activities. The Facilities Director oversees and performs maintenance and repairs for the church and school buildings, equipment, and property, and acts as the church and school representative with outside contractors, vendors, and inspectors.
