Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

On this Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, I’m honored to share my Post-Synodal Pastoral Letter and Plan — the fruit of a four-and-a-half-year journey of prayer, listening, and discernment.

This plan is not a set of strategies or an imposition of regulations; it is a call to renewal as we seek to bring people to Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ to His people. Guided by the resolutions of our Synod Assembly, we now begin a new chapter in the life of our Diocese.
