Prepare your family to celebrate Christ the King.

This family workshop invites families to learn about the Feast of Christ the King, pray together, and participate in a hands-on activity that connects the liturgical year to life at home.

Why This Workshop?

Our Domestic Church Family Workshops support families in living the Catholic faith at home. Through learning, prayer, and family activities, we hope to help families prepare for and celebrate the Church’s liturgical year together.

About the Feast

The Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, also known as the Feast of Christ the King, is celebrated on the final Sunday of the liturgical year, just before Advent begins.

In 2026, the feast will be celebrated on Sunday, November 22.

This workshop on October 17 gives families an opportunity to begin preparing their hearts and homes for this celebration.

Celebrate the Feast

After our workshop, continue the celebration at home as you prepare for the Feast of Christ the King on November 22. Families are encouraged to participate in Mass together and celebrate this special day in the life of the Church.
