The Preschool/Kindergarten Faith Formation committee is getting ready for another exciting year.  CTK invites all children 3,4, and kindergartners of any age to join us this year to “Come to Know God” through faith formation during the 9:30 Mass.  Classes begin mid-September so registration closes Sept. 1st.

Students who attend public school AND are parishioners receive their Faith Formation through our parish program which consists of class study and preparation for the reception of the sacraments.

Students in Grades 1-6 attend Faith Formation Class on Monday afternoons in CTK Catholic School from 4:15-5:30. The classes begin in September.

PKFF is currently recruiting teens to volunteer on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 am Mass. The commitment is for every Sunday from mid-September through April.  Volunteer hours may count towards community service requirements for Confirmation and/or graduation.

Faith Formation

    R.C.I.A. will start September 2, 2021, and go through May 26th, 2022.  Class hours are 7 pm to 8:45 pm.
  • Nursery: Available in the Extended Day room for 1, 2, and 3-year-olds during 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday Masses.
  • Vacation Bible Camp:   Vacation Bible Camp is a wonderful summer program that provides children, ages five-eight, with a fun week to become excited about God and His love. Visit for details. Three- and four-year-olds may attend the program on the days that their parents volunteer. The nursery is available (and free!) for younger children for any volunteer on the days that they work. If you are able to help with VBC, we are in need of adult volunteers. Go to the link above to see volunteer jobs. Youth volunteers (entering 8th grade through 12th grade) looking for service hours are encouraged to volunteer as well. All volunteers must be cleared through mandated Diocese of Dallas Safe Environment procedures.   
  • Christ The King FAST, Faith And Service Tour: CTK FAST, Faith And Service Tour program is for students entering 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades. FAST takes place during VBC week and is designed for children to learn a Bible or Catholic tradition each day and then visit different non-profit agencies and provide service.   Contact: Charlotte Dooley 214-957-1378 or
